AJ is the rare combination of both a builder and maintainer. He started out as one of the first 10 people in the Phoenix COE and bulit Incident Response from the ground up. He quickly transcended customer service and laid the foundation for what would become the elite investigations unit he is now a part of. Mastering one line of business was not enough for AJ though. In between his time as an Incident Response rep and Special Investigator, AJ launched and developed the social support strategy for Uber and later UberEATS. A perfectionist and team player(he voluntarily worked nights when we were short staffed), AJ is an asset to any organization.
